Title : Very fast and helpful folks. A must have for travellers.
13 to Surf Internet Services is by far the best ISP out there--period. Over several years I have tried Other Groups of ISP; all of those were about the same; however, all had one access number in my area. Even though I live in rural area,13 to Surf Internet Services has 5 fast V92 local dial-up connections in my area! I'm intelligent/rich enough to utilize the best ISP.
